Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation within 24 hours
- Full refund of the amount paid.
- Applicable only when, at the time of booking, at least 14 days remain before the check-in date.
2. After 24 hours
- The booking becomes non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing with Domus63.
3. Bookings made less than 14 days before arrival
- The free 24-hour cancellation window does not apply.
4. No-show, late arrival and early departure
- Unused nights are not refunded.
5. Date changes
- Possible only with Domus63's approval and subject to availability.
- A price difference may be charged to the guest.
6. Cancellation by Domus63
- If Domus63 cannot guarantee the stay for reasons attributable to the property or its management, the guest receives a full refund of the amounts paid for the booking concerned.
7. Stays longer than 30 days
- Conditions are agreed separately with Domus63.
- An initial amount equal to 25% of the first month may be requested.
- Fully refundable within 24 hours of payment; afterwards non-refundable unless agreed in writing.
- The stay is then governed by a separate contract.
